Why me
I'm not an agency. That's the entire point.
An agency puts a salesperson in front of you, then hands the actual work to someone you never meet. You pay for the office, the account manager and the sales commission before a single line of your site gets built.
I'm one person. You get my number, you text me, I answer. When something breaks at 7pm on a Sunday you're not filing a ticket — you're messaging the bloke who built it.
That's a smaller operation than an agency, and I'm upfront about what that means: I'm not the right call for a fifty-page corporate rebuild. For a trade or a small business that needs to look credible and get found, it's the better deal by a distance.

Day 1–2 · free
I build your homepage
Not a template with your logo dropped on it — your actual homepage, your words, your work. I send you a link. You decide from there, and you owe nothing if the answer is no.

I build the rest
Once you're happy and we've agreed the price, I build out the remaining pages, wire up your forms, set up Google, and send it back for a final look.

It goes live
Domain connected, site live, Google Business Profile sorted. You get every log-in. Then it's just me keeping it running, if you want that.
Questions people ask
Do I really pay nothing for the mockup?
Correct. I design your homepage, send you a link, and you look at it. There's no invoice attached and no obligation to continue. I do it because you have no reason to trust a stranger who called you — a real mockup of your own business is the fastest way to fix that.
I already have a website. Is it worth changing?
Maybe not. If yours loads fast, works properly on a phone and brings you enquiries, keep it. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly. I'd rather tell you it's fine than sell you something you don't need.
Can I see examples before I commit to anything?
Yes — there are three working demo sites on the portfolio page covering a plumber, a painter and a café. They're not screenshots; every page works and every form submits. Click through them like a customer would.
Who actually builds it?
Me. There's no team, no offshore contractors, no account manager. You get my number and you deal with me from the first call through to the day it goes live and every time you need something changed after that.
Can I update the site myself?
On the WordPress package, yes — you get a login, a proper editor and a training session. On the Launch and Pro sites, changes come through me. That's usually faster and it's covered under a care plan.
What if I want to stop the care plan?
Cancel any time, no exit fee and no notice period. The site is yours — you own the files and the domain. I'll hand everything over if you'd rather take it elsewhere.
How do payments work?
Half to start once you've approved the mockup, half when the site goes live. Bank transfer. The price you agree is the price you pay — if something's outside the quote I tell you before I do it, not after.
